The detection of explosive and toxic gases as a SAFETY feature has allowed us to develop high quality products which are within every consumer’s reach, in accordance with current regulations and respectful of the environment (Royal Decree 110/2015 WEEE). We assume responsibility for the product being sold through the EU Declaration of Conformity. Promoting continuous improvement at all company levels has enabled us to achieve adequate and permanent levels of efficiency.
R + D + I
At C.A.E., S.L. we have an R+D+I Dept. which has its own research centre furnished with high-tech equipment enabling us to conduct all types of tests. Our commitment to RESEARCH + DEVELOPMENT + INNOVATION means that we can progress with the research and design of new products, as well as monitoring those which already exist, thereby guaranteeing the quality of FIDEGAS® products. None of the above would be possible without respecting the interpretation of regulations, delivering a FIDEGAS® TEST KIT with all of our products, essential for checking that the system functions properly after installation.
MANUFACTURE
At C.A.E., S.L. our highly-qualified Manufacturing Department constantly CONTRIBUTES to improvements thanks to the feedback with the rest of the company's departments. All of the FIDEGAS® products are manufactured with strict adherence to the Production Manuals audited by a third party, guaranteeing that all of the products placed on the market are manufactured to the same standard of quality and in compliance with current regulations for gas detectors.
AFTER-SALES SERVICE
At C.A.E., S.L. we have an After-Sales Service available to all of our customers and end users, GUARANTEEING that we will always offer our best service after the useful life of the product or in response to any incident. Thanks to the quality and reliability of the FIDEGAS® products we manufacture, we can offer 3 and 5-year guarantees on a wide range of products.
TRAINING
We at C.A.E., S.L. have always been aware of the need to train professionals as an essential factor, in terms both of our products and of the applicable regulations in force for the gas sector. We therefore have a Training Facility equipped with all of the necessary audiovisual means and materials available for use by our customers and other collectives interested in expanding their knowledge. Thanks to the Training Facility we have succeeded in spreading knowledge and creating a technical service with our Area Distributors, bringing solutions to problems or doubts directly to the worksite.
